We would like to share our experience with Realitni Spaniel Czech company Alas Casas. Beautiful attitude, kind reception, we received all the information in advance, tours even with three children, 💕🥰🙏 they willingly drove us around property tours in two cars. We looked at about 25 properties and made a successful choice. The sale, deposit, contract, guarantees, agreements, NIE and everything around the purchase went smoothly without any problems. Many thanks to RK, Sašenc and Asier for the wonderful approach. Thanks to them, our dream of a beautiful home by the sea came true, and we owe them a big thank you for that. They are very nice people, and we are glad to have met them. Sašenka is a Czech who has been living for over 18 years and she is married in Spain to Asier and they take care of their real estate agency more than well.👍🥰 Before we met them, we met a few Czech and Slovak people who are trying to broker the purchase of real estate, but the prices were tight, the real estate they couldn’t find it properly, the prices for notaries were expensive, they didn’t even have real estate documents and no guarantees, they seemed unserious, so we knew after the first meeting that you wouldn’t even buy a studio apartment from such people 🥵after all, we’re not buying a small thing, but an apartment or a house.
